Our head office and fulfilment center are situated in Johannesburg, with our retail operations conducted exclusively online.

What is the typical delivery timeframe?

Delivery typically takes between 2 to 4 working days for major metropolitan areas. For customers located in remote or rural regions, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of up to 7 working days.

Is tracking information available for orders?

Yes, tracking information is provided. Once your order has been processed and packaged, a tracking number will be issued as soon as it is handed over to the courier service. Please allow up to 2 working days to receive your tracking number.

Can I Pay COD?

Unfortunately, no. The courier does not accept payments on our behalf, and no stock will be dispatched until full payment has been received.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please REFRAIN from opening the package. If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please send us a photo of the item. We will arrange for its collection and dispatch the correct item to you. If the packaging looks slightly different, it may be a result of updates in our packaging over time, and in those cases, we cannot accept returns. Although we do our best to ensure accurate order fulfillment, human errors can happen, and we work hard to reduce these occurrences.
